Aroma on Ford Elevates Dry January with Five-Course Non-Alcoholic Pairing Dinner

Aroma on Ford will host a Dry January Non-Alcoholic Pairing Dinner on Monday, January 13, at 6:30 PM, offering guests a refined alternativeto traditional alcohol-focused dining. The exclusive evening will feature a five-coursemenu, each course paired with a thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic cocktail designed to complement and elevate the flavors of the dish.

As interest in mindful drinking and premium alcohol-free options continues to grow, Aroma on Ford is embracing the movement by creating an experience that delivers complexity, balance, and indulgence without compromise.

The dinner is presented in partnership with Wallace Dry Goods, a specialty retailer known for its curated selection of premium non-alcoholic beverages. Wallace Dry Goods will source the evening’s pairings, and owner Robin Cummiskey will be on site to guide guests through each beverage, sharing insight into ingredients, flavor profiles, and the craftsmanship behind each selection.

“This dinner reflects how people are rethinking the way they gather and celebrate,” said Gary and Gail DeSanto, owners of Aroma on Ford. “Dry January doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor or experience. Our goal was to create an evening that feels elevated, intentional, and just as memorable as any traditional pairing dinner.”

“Our ethos of ‘Cheers to Choices’ is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a sophisticated glass that complements their meal perfectly, regardless of alcohol content,” said Robin Cummiskey. “We are so proud to partner with Aroma on Ford for this event and showcase all that the non-alcoholic world has to offer.”

Tickets are $125 per person and include all five courses and five non-alcoholic pairings. Seating is limited, and advance tickets are required. Tickets can be purchased online.
