Construction is underway and pre-leasing has begun for Atria Lafayette Hill, the area’s newest senior living residence, offering all-inclusive amenities with no buy-in.

Located in Springfield Township at 9303 Ridge Pike, the private-pay community will offer supportive living and memory care services. The four-story building will house 125 apartments within 124,000 square feet of living and common spaces.

Atria Lafayette Hill joins Atria Center City, expanding the company’s Philadelphia presence in the city as a premier provider of senior living. For the past 20 years, Atria has served 5,000 Pennsylvania families and most recently, Atria Center City underwent a 30-million-dollar renovation. The new senior living community in Lafayette Hill is expected to add nearly 100 jobs to the local economy.

Atria Lafayette Hill will also seek LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver certification. The community’s construction has been thoughtfully designed to help conserve and protect one of Greater Philadelphia’s most precious natural resources for generations to come – the Wissahickon Valley watershed. It will be the company’s 11^th LEED certified community.

Culinary offerings in the community include a bistro, lounge, chef-prepared dining in the restaurant with table service and a demonstration kitchen. Residents will also enjoy walking paths to take in the nearby scenery of Wissahickon Valley Park, in addition to conveniences such as housekeeping, transportation service, concierge service, fitness center, and salon and spa.

Visitors of the community’s on-site leasing center can browse floor plans and learn more about the Atria experience. The community’s location allows residents to live a suburban lifestyle with easy access to the heart of Philadelphia.
