Blackfish BYOB is featuring Hudson Canyon Broadbill Swordfish on its four-course tasting menu from September 9th to September 11th. Chef Chip Roman recommends pairing Vermentino with swordfish due to its “crisp citrus notes, delicate florals, and a touch of seaside salinity.”
