Borough of Conshohocken seeking public input on possible zoning ordinance overlay along Fayette Street

The Borough of Conshohocken is seeking the public’s input on a potential zoning ordinance overlay for Fayette Street.

The flyer (below), states that the zoning ordinance overlay is “intended to improve connectivity from the waterfront to the upper avenues, promote redevelopment of empty store fronts (sic), and rebrand Fayette Street as the vibrant commercial core of the community.”

During the March 2nd meeting, a representative of Gilmore & Associates, a borough consultant, made a presentation about the process. You can view the video here (the presentation starts at 7:19).

You can send your thoughts on this via email to brogers@conshohockenpa.gov or attend the public workshop on Monday, May 2nd at 6:00 p.m. at the borough all at 400 Fayette Street (at the Emergency Operations office).
