The Colonial School Board is set to consider for approval the Health and Safety Plan for Winter Sports (view) as presented and subject to the PA Department of Education “Attestation Ensuring Implementation of Mitigation Efforts.”
The board’s meeting is Tuesday, December 1st at 7:15 p.m. The meeting is virtual and can be viewed here.
The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association voted in August to allow sports to move forward, but the ultimate decision was left to participating schools. The Suburban One League, which Plymouth Whitemarsh High School belongs to, recently voted to delay the start of winter sports.
Plymouth Whitemarsh High School participates in the following winter sports:

- Bowling (boys and girls)
- Indoor Track – (boys and girls)
- Swimming (boys and girls)
- Volleyball (girls)
- Wrestling (boys)
