The Conshohocken-based National Lacrosse League is looking for qualified Play-by- Play Announcers and/or Color Commentators in each of its 11 markets, which includes right here in Phladelphia. The league has teams in the following markets:
- Buffalo
- Rochester
- Calgary
- San Diego
- Colorado
- Saskatchewan
- Georgia
- Toronto
- New England
- Vancouver
- Philadelphia
Broadcasters will work nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Broadcast all regular season games, plus exhibition contests and postseason
- Engage audience, fans and community
- Research information before the broadcast in order to provide a quality experience
- Interviews of coaches and/or players
Requirements:
- Broadcast experience and/or coursework
- Vast knowledge of the game of lacrosse
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ambitious creativity and innovative thinking
