There is very limited vendor space remaining for the fourth annual Conshohocken Winter Market presented by Cencora, held over the first two weekends of December at the plaza adjacent to Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken. The market is held inside a large heated tent and includes live holiday music, character appearances, seasonal food & beverages, and more.

The schedule for both weekends (December 4-6 and 11-13) is as follows:

Fridays from 5 pm to 8 pm
Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm
Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm

Vendors, before responding, please read the following. All vendors must be insured and be able to produce COIs naming three entities as additional insureds. We are seeking vendors who can participate all three days of one weekend. We discourage vendors from seeking to do both weekends, as we work to offer a different mix of vendors each weekend.

We do not currently need vendors offering any type of food, candles, women’s clothing (unless it is something very specific), sports or sports team-related clothing, alcohol, jewelry (unless it’s something very specific), and dog treats.
