Earlier this week, Conshohocken-based SeventySix Capital announced a strategic investment in Vegas Stats & Information Network (VSiN), the first media network dedicated to sports betting information. The deal, led by SeventySix Capital partners, former MLB superstar Ryan Howard, Wayne Kimmel and Jon Powell, will help VSiN create and distribute compelling and actionable sports gambling content across a growing number of platforms. The funding will also allow VSiN, co-founded by acclaimed sportscaster Brent Musburger, to expand its video capabilities and data offering.
“The sports betting industry is projected to be over $250 billion by 2020¹ and we believe that VSiN is positioned to capture a significant share of the media and analytics segment of this new market,” said Kimmel, “We’re excited to partner with the VSiN team to build the media network for the sports betting industry.”

In 2017, VSiN debuted with three hours of live programming and now broadcasts 24/7 on SiriusXM and vsin.com. The investment from SeventySix Capital will support VSiN’s mission to expand their efforts of delivering the news, data and expert analysis of the rapidly growing sports betting industry.
