Conshohocken Brewing Debuting Second Sixers’ Inspired Beer

The Conshohocken Brewing Company is about to debut its second beer inspired by a member of the Philadelphia 76’ers. “All About the Benjamins,” brewed in honor of Sixers rookie Ben Simons, is a New England style IPA, made with Australian hops. Simmons spent his early years in Australia.

“All About the Benjamins” is a collaboration between Conshohocken Brewing and Misconduct Tavern in Philadelphia. It will debut at Misconduct Tavern on Thursday, January 18th at at 5:00 p.m. There will be raffles and prizes during the Sixers vs. Celtics game, which starts at 7:00 p.m.

This is the second Sixers’ inspired beer from Conshohocken Brewing. Back in October, the brewery, in another collaboration with Misconduct Tavern, released “Hinkie’s Sweet Revenge,’ which was a play on Joel Embid’s love of Shirley Temples. That beer was a Witbier brewed with fresh ginger and black currant.

After the 18th, “All About the Benjamins” will be available throughout the Sixers’ season at Misconduct Tavern and Conshohocken Brewing’s three locations.
