Conshohocken Masons Win Title of Pennsylvania’s Best Bricklayer

Mason Vincent Polverini and mason tender Rich Small of Conshohocken-based D.M. Sabia took home top honors at the 24 SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500® Regional Series held at XFINITY Live on September 19th. The team’s brick count was 586, which earned them a free trip to Las Vegas for the World Championship, a cash prize of $1000, a Marshalltown tool bag, Stabila Level and the title, “Pennsylvania’s Best Bricklayer.”

Nine teams competed for the title. The contest tested the skill, speed and stamina as each team worked to build the biggest and best 26-foot-tall brick wall in one hour.

The competition is one of competitions to be held across North America in 2019. The winner of the each regional qualifies to compete in 2020 World Championship on February 5th, at the World of Concrete expo in Las Vegas.
