The inaugural Conshy Comedy Fest, which will showcase more than 10 comedians from the local region, is being held on Thursday, June 30th, at The Great American Pub. A portion of the proceeds from every ticket sale will benefit the Colonial Neighborhood Council. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and the show will start at 7:00 p.m.

Hosting the show is Brian Six and headling will be Jessa Reed. Six is the host at The Comedy Attic at The Raven Lounge in Center City and the co-creator of Nobody Died: Stand Ups Telling Stories, which is going on tour in August. Headliner Reed offers hilarious stories of her former life as a train wreck teen mom meth addict and her transformation into a “normal” person living with a pretty jaded perspective. Her comedy has been described as both shocking and strangely inspirational.. and definitely unlike anything you’ve ever seen before. The full line-up includes:

Tickets are $20.00 online (click for a discount) or $30.00 at the door. $15 group (10 ticket minimum purchase) are also available. Seating is fire come, first serve. There is a two item minimum purchase per person. No refunds. Event is subject to change and cancellation.
