Governor Wolf has provided Keystone Property Group a waiver to continue the construction of SORA West in Conshohocken. Construction was halted when the governor issued an order on March 19th for all non-essential businesses to stop work due to the effort to mitigate the Coronavirus. Work is to restart on Tuesday, March 31st.

The redevelopment site includes an office building that will be the corporate headquarters of AmerisourceBergen, a hotel, a parking garage, a restaurant in a historic firehouse, and a public square.

The construction crews will need to maintain social distancing and follow other mitigation policies or the waiver could be revoked.
