Daycare and riverfront townhouses on May 8th agenda of the Whitemarsh Township Zoning Hearing Board

There are three hearings scheduled for the May 8th meeting (agenda) of the Whitemarsh Township Zoning Hearing Board. Two of the three hearings are the continuances from previous hearings.

The first hearing is one of the two continuances and involves a proposed daycare at 1207 Fayette Street in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township), specifically the building on the backside of the property. The applicant, The Little Kids Corner, LLC, agreed to explore alternate locations on the property and return for a second meeting.

The second hearing is involves the proposed remove an existing partial patio of flagstone and grass,
and replacing it with a new paved patio in the rear of their home, along with a walkway to the front of the home. The home is in Plymouth Meeting (Whitemarsh Township). The zoning relief involves the amount of impervious coverage and a steep slope.
