Tyson Homes of Plymouth Meeting is seeking zoning relief to transform the former church located at 215 Ford Street in West Conshohocken into three attached single-family homes. According to the zoning notice, the developer plans to “convert the existing structure”, so this isn’t a knock down. The one side of the property has a cool tower and it would have been a shame to see that go.

The zoning relief being sought involves a special exception needed to convert a building into one that will house multiple families.

The zoning hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, November 1st at 7:00 p.m. at West Conshohocken’s Borough Hall.
