Yesterday I was present when a resident informed a Borough Council member about witnessing drag racing on Washington Street.  He said it usually occurs around 2:00 a.m. and starts around Poplar and Cherry.  He said it was an issue a few years ago, but has recently resurfaced.  If you witness this please contact the police.
