Driver in fatal crash on Fayette Street in Conshohocken sentenced to two to four years in state correction facility

The Times Herald reports that 56-year-old Craig W. Coleman of Philadelphia was sentenced on February 19th to two-to-four years in a state correctional facility following a plea deal. The plea deal saw Coleman plead guilty to a felony charge of homicide by vehicle. On December 21, 2022, Coleman caused a two-car crash along the 600 block of Fayette Street that resulted in the death of Conshohocken resident Richard G. Sitek.

The investigation of the crash found that Coleman was driving at almost twice the posted speed limit of 25 miles per hour and in a reckless manner. The judge in the case was Risa Vetri Ferman.
