Loon, a division of Google’s parent company Alphabet, has balloons that fly near space with the goal of providing the Internet to underserved populations.

Over the weekend, NBC10 reports that Loon balloons were spotted throughout the Philadelphia region, including over Whitemarsh. It was a test. Below is the video:
