Join Southern Cross Kitchen and Kayley Burnett of Conshohocken to teach everyone how to build a charcuterie board. She'll teach you everything from how to cut & slice to making a salami river to make your board pop! As you construct your masterpiece, our wine merchant will be providing a sample of wine that pairs with your box and can be purchased by the glass from your server. The ticket price is $55 and includes a takeaway charcuterie box, plus tax and tip.

Workshops are being held on June 22, July 20, August 24, September 21, and October 12.
