Let Pieri Catering do the cooking on Thursday, July 23rd (July 22nd already old out). Join us at the beautiful Leeland Mansion on Fayette Street in Conshohocken for an outdoor date night for two. The price of the ticket includes a three-course dinner and a bottle of wine for two, tax, and gratuity. There are two seatings, the first at 6:00 p.m. and the second at 8:15 p.m. Menu: Starter Course (Shared) - Select One Pieri Farmer Salad: All-Star spring mix, cucumber, red onion, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, basil vinaigrette Burrata: Grilled salt loaf, burrata, pesto, blistered cherry tomatoes & EVOO Bruschetta: Honey Tomato Bruschetta: Honey, fresh ricotta, heirloom tomato, mint, EVOO ___________________________________________________________ Main Course (Individual) - Select Two (If guest selections are the same, select one.) Scallops: Pan seared scallops, seasonal risotto, topped with snow pea shoots and herb bread crumbs Steak: Strip steak, sweet potato mash, blistered shishito peppers, crispy serrano (prepared medium-rare) Pasta: Seafood pasta served with shrimp and mussels in a white wine lemon sauce Pasta Primavera: Squash, zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes (Vegetarian Option) ___________________________________________________________ Dessert (Individual) - Select Two (If guest selections are the same, select one.)
