Several months ago, Pieri Restaurant Group bought a farm in Coopersburg and the farm’s first harvest of vegetables and herbs have started finding their way onto the plates of The StoneRose, Bar Lucca and Cerdo.
Thus far, lettuce, basil, squash, and herbs have been harvested. Next up are tomatoes, green beans, and arugula
