We were given a hard hat tour of the under construction Courts at Spring Mill Station last week. The new apartment project at East Hector and North Lane will have 382 units and they expect to have the first building complete and ready for residents in September. The second building is expected to open for residents in the first quarter of 2015.

Please note that these photos are of partially complete units and are not the finished product. Also note that the apartment community is pretty unique in that there are 47 different layouts of units.
