MoreThanTheCurve.com reported on July 26th that Father Carl Gismondi, FSSP, had been appointed pastor of the Saint Mary Quasi-Parish, which will provide additional pastor care for those seeking Divine Worship in the Extraordinary Form (the Latin Mass). The Archdiocese of Philadelphia announced the establishment of the quasi-parish of Saint Mary in April.

The Archdiocese announced yesterday that the first Mass in the new quasi-parish will take place on Sunday, September 9th at 11:00 a.m.

The regular schedule of Mass in the Extraordinary Form at the Saint Mary Quasi-Parish will be as follows.

• Monday-Thursday, and Saturday; Daily Mass at 7:15 a.m.
• Friday; Daily Mass at 6:30 p.m.
• Sunday; Mass at 11:00 a.m.

Priests will be available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation thirty minutes before each Mass.
