The Giglio Group at CrossCountry Mortgage, based out of Conshohocken, PA, now has a loan program for first-time homebuyers where you can access 5% of the sale price in a completely forgivable grant towards the down payment and closing costs of your purchase.

The loan program is intended for first-time homebuyers who are in need of assistance with their first home purchase. The grant is completely forgivable over the first 10 years of the mortgage and there is no repayment required. The amount of assistance is much more favorable than most other assistance programs out there.

For example.. If you are an individual buying a $300,000 house, the Giglio Group can offer you $15,000 towards the purchase of that home.
