Following the December 2024 announcement that Party City was closing all of its stores, there was an auction of Party City’s leases, and Virginia-based Dollar Tree successfully bid on the leases of 148 Party City stores, including the one at The Metroplex in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township).

It now looks like the space next to Giant won’t become a Dollar Tree. The 8,580 square foot endcap storefront has been offered for lease on Crexi.com as of August 25th.
