After Wal-Mart in East Norriton closed in the fall of 2019, someone posted an online survey or petition that sought to encourage the former Wal-Mart being turned into an ice rink facility.

The former retail giant space was listed for lease on LoopNet.com today. The listing, for 53 and 57 West Germantown Pike, which includes the Wal-Mart building and an adjacent one, is a total of 132,607 square feet with a land area of just over 15 acres.
