Four Condos Likely for East Hector Street in Conshohocken

A building that was once a horse stable, the Moser Glass Works in its heyday, and is currently the home of a plumbing company, is likely to become four condominiums after Conshohocken’s Borough Council voted 6-0 to recommend its approval when it goes before the Zoning Hearing Board. Council member Bob Stokley (R) recused himself because one of the people involved in the projects works for him.

This diagram shows the parking on the ground floor and the outside facade of the building.

If approved by the Zoning Hearing Board, the redeveloped building at 304 East Hector will feature off-street parking on the ground floor and four condos with roof decks above.

More to come.
