Four items on July 19th agenda for Conshohocken’s Zoning Hearing Board

There are four items on the agenda for the July 19th meeting of Conshohocken’s Zoning Hearing Board. Unfortunately, we can’t report on exactly what they involve.

While the Borough of Conshohocken has gotten better with issuing notices and in recent months has begun offering all of the corresponding documents prior to the meeting, the initial notices do not include what zoning relief the applicants seek. This is the most important information and needs to be added back to the notices.

Below are the four items on the agenda (and what we know and do not know).

PETITIONER: Craft Custom Homes, LLC.
PREMISES INVOLVED: 261-263 E. Elm St.., Conshohocken, PA 19428
Limited Industrial and Borough Residential 2

The first item on the agenda involves the proposed townhouses/condos at 261-261 East Elm Street. This proposal has already received a conditional use approval from the borough council and now needs several zoning variances.

PETITIONER: SK Elm, LLC.
PREMISES INVOLVED: 424 E. Elm St, Conshohocken, PA 19428
Borough Residential 2 District

This is something new. This building was most recently utilized as Yoga Home (and another office). The building has been for sale or lease. Without knowing the zoning relief sought, that is all we can report.

PETITIONER: Millennium Waterfront Associates, II, LP.
PREMISES INVOLVED: 200 Block of Washington St., Conshohocken, PA 19428
Specially Planned District 2

Anytime a riverfront property is involved, it could be something big. Without knowing the zoning relief sought, that is all we can report.

PETITIONER: CGEM, LLC, Mun Chung, Member
PREMISES INVOLVED: 701 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA 19428
Business Commercial

This has been on a previous agenda. This is the redevelopment of the former Exxon property. You can view our recent article about this here.

We will provide an update when more information becomes available.
