Sol Yoga Studio is having a Get Lifted Workshop with Ed on Sunday, November 17th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Get Lifted is a two hour workshop dedicated to helping you overcome gravity and all the annoyance that it can cause in your life.
Elevating into arm balances and inversions takes practice, fearlessness, more practice, core work, even more practice, and lots more core work. There are no short cuts in life or handstands. But the pose is not a destination, it’s only part of the journey.
Ed will lead you in a powerful vinyasa flow and as the heat builds you will explore hand balancing from a physical and intellectual perspective. Both as an art and a science; The goal of Get Lifted is to find a balance between bold exploration and fundamental, technical precision. This workshop is about learning the process, the work, and the discipline needed to elevate both your body and your practice.
Lots of fun, lots of sweat, and as little gravity as possible!
