ARA US Hospitality Trust has announced it has an agreement to sell two of its hotel properties, one of which is the Hyatt House Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting located at 501 East Germantown Pike in East Norriton. The 131 room hotel opened in 2000 and was last renovated in 2016. The other hotel being sold is in Connecticut.

According to the announcement, the hotel in East Norriton was not one of its top performers and considered not a core asset.

The hotel is being sold to GHM Properties, a NJ based hotel management company, that according to its website, “operates various properties under the Choice Hotels International, Wyndham Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotel Group, and Hilton Worldwide umbrella.”
