A Jeep parked above a stone wall along West 5th Avenue (between Forrest and Fayette) ended up going over the wall and landing on its side according to someone who happened upon the scene. No one was in the vehicle.

UPDATE – Another eye witness tells us that someone was in the vehicle, but was unharmed.
