It looks like the plan to redevelop the Prince of Peace Church property on Jolly Road in Plymouth Meeting with townhouses is dead.

A notice of a meeting of the Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board includes an application from Saint George Coptic Orthodox Church of Greater Philadelphia. The church is seeking three variances involving impervious coverage, allocation of green space and the number of required parking spaces.

The meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Plymouth Township Building at 700 Belvoir Road in Plymouth Meeting.
