I spotted this flyer in Conshy today and it took me a minute to figure out what meant. The “goose” it refers to is the image of a goose within Wawa’s logo. According to Wawa’s website, “”Wawa” is a Native American word for the Canada Goose that was found in the Delaware Valley, that’s why we use the goose on Wawa’s corporate logo.”
As the flyer states, it was produced by the Conshohocken Revitalization Alliance. If you scan the QR Code it takes you to the online petition against the Wawa.
