Latest on flooding in Conshohocken – September 2 at 7:00 a.m.

The Borough of Conshohocken sent out a notice this morning at approximately 6:50 a.m. that the borough has sustained major flooding mostly in the lower end of town along the Schuylkill River.

According to the notice, the river is currently in excess of five feet above major flood stage. All residents of Riverwalk and Londonbury apartment complexes are advised to shelter in place until the water recedes and or building management and first responders deem it safe.
