M Property Services is Conshohocken’s top property management company according to the voters for Best of Conshy. The company recently won the title for the third consecutive year!

Conshohocken residents Mike Sroka and Matt Donnelly launched the company in 2018, which they found to be a natural extension of their real estate business Home Experts For You.

“Through the sale of real estate, we meet many people who buy their first home, and several years later, when they have outgrown that home or need to relocate for work, they inquire about keeping the original home as an investment property,” shared Sroka “Owning and renting a property can be challenging, and we handle all of the details to make sure it’s a successful investment.”

“We also work with many growing investors who choose to handle everything on their own in the beginning, offered Donnelly. “However, as they grow their number of properties, they often find that they need help to manage the process from securing tenants to responding to any issues.”
