Our reporter for AroundAmbler.com was turned around when attempting to see a movie tonight at the AMC Plymouth Meeting Mall 12. She was told there was a fire. We checked with a contact in fire services and was told it was a small fire involving the popcorn machine.

We will try to post an update when the theater reopens.

UPDATE – as of 9:25 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14th, the AMC website states the site is temporarily closed.
