Southern Cross Kitchen recently introduced its fall menu (view here). Pictured left is the Fried Chicken Sandwich. It is served on toasted brioche and comes in three styles; classic, Louisiana, and hot honey. Pictured right is the Apricot Glazed Salmon that is served with wasabi mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
