Guppy’s Good Times’ has launched a new menu last week featuring a bunch of new items to add to your existing favorites. Pictured above is the Poutine “C’est Trop Bon.” ($6.95). Poutine is a traditional Canadian fast food with fries, curd cheese and brown gravy. Having grown up in Canada, Guppy’s owner Robin Gupta took special care developing this dish and wanted only authentic ingredients.
Pictured above is an appetizer Tomato Basil Hummus ($8.50). It is served with flat bread, Persian cucumber, baby carrots, marinated olives and grilled haloumi cheese.
One of the new small plate items on the menu, Tomato and Cheese S’mores ($7.50) with grilled bite sized brioche sandwiches of roasted tomato, basil pesto, fresh mozzarella and balsamic drizzle.
Another new small plate is the Salt-N-Pepper Shrimp ($11.50). They are lightly battered and complimented with sugar snaps, baby arugula, sweet chili and sriracha.
The slider trend is in place with Teriyaki Glazed Filet Tips ($9.50). They are topped with caramelized onions and cheddar and served on Focaccia.
