PennDOT has announced that it will be resurfacing part of West Elm Street between Fayette Street and Colwell Lane starting Wednesday, April 10th.

Milling will start at approximately 7:00 p.m. and will continue through the night. Milling should be completed by Thursday, April 11th weather permitting.

PennDOT will begin repaving the road about one week after milling has been completed, weather permitting.

Lane restrictions will be in effect during construction. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns will occur.
