Tyson Homes announced this week that phase two of the redevelopment of the former Hale Pump property in Conshohocken is underway. The community is named Foundry Way. The property is located off Spring Mill Avenue (across from Trattoria Totaro).

Phase one was completed in 2019 and consisted of eight homes along East Seventh Avenue. Once completed, phase two will consist of 23 homes that will be a mix of singles, twins, and townhouses.

In the below rendering, phase one can be seen on the top left of the highlighted area. Phase two is the larger, lower portion.

Hale Pump manufactured firefighting equipment for over 100 years in Conshohocken, but sold the property and consolidated its operations in Florida in 2012.
