Plan for mixed-use development at former Exxon station in Conshohocken on agenda for planning commission

On October 18, 2022, Conshohocken’s Zoning Hearing Board voted to grant zoning relief sought by CGEM, LLC, owner of 701 Fayette Street in Conshohocken. The property is the former home of an Exxon station. The developer is planning to redevelop the property with a mixed-used building that would have retail on the ground floor with apartments above.

The application is now on the agenda of Conshohocken’s Planning Commission on January 12th for preliminary/final land development. The planning commission can make a recommendation to the borough council, which votes to give the plans their final approval.

The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the borough hall building at 400 Fayette Street.
