Plymouth Township Police Department provide update on retail theft investigations and arrests

The Plymouth Township Police Department has provided an update on retail theft investigations and arrests for the week of February 10-16. Find out the latest below.


Warrants have been issued for 33-year-old Jacqueline Byrd, 39-year-old Miriam Gines, and 40-year-old Elizabeth Perez involving charges related to retail theft from Weis Market in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). The estimated value of the items was $200.22.

A warrant has been issued for 43-year-old Jeffrey A. Lutz concerning retail theft, receiving stolen property, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The retail theft involved merchandise valued at $217.95 from Target in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township).


Warrants are pending for Isaiah W. Bryan and Andre L. Debnam involving retail theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy in connection to the retail theft of merchandise valued at $17,0000 from REI in Conshohocken.


A warrant has been issued for 40-year-old Edward Drake for retail theft and receiving stolen property. The merchandise from Rally House in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township) is valued at $700.00.


Police provided an update on the ongoing investigation of 31-year-old Tanya Navarro and 32-year-old Manuel Rodriguez-Guttierrez. The pair have been charged in eight retail thefts since April 2024.


Police have arrested Jerrel Colclough for retail theft and receiving stolen property in connection to the theft of almost $300.00 in merchandise from Target in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). Colclough has a preliminary hearing on February 25th.


There is an open investigation and an arrest pending for 30-year-old Jameson Luciana involving retail theft of almost $300 in merchandise from Giant in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township).


There is an open investigation of two unknown suspects involving the theft of $2,350 in merchandise from REI in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). The duo are described as a Black male and female and left the scene in a U-Haul truck,


There is a warrant pending for 32-year-old Nicole Watson involving the retail theft of almost $200 in merchandise from ULTA in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township). She also is apparently one of those people who walk around in public places having a conversation on speaker phone.


There is an open investigation involving three male juvenile suspects and the retail theft of merchandise of unknown value from Wawa in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township).


Police have arrested 44-year-old Matthew McCuen in connection to the retail theft of $51.91 in merchandise from Target in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township).
