The Plymouth Township Police Department is seeking the identity of a suspect in prescription fraud involving multiple dates in June 2019 and locations in Plymouth Township.

The fraudulent prescriptions involved Promethazine with Codeine. The locations are the Weis Pharmacy, CVS Pharmacy at Target, and Rite Aid.
