The Plymouth Township Police Department has a warrant for Jason Genelli for retail theft and one additional charge. The warrant stems from a Tuesday, November 14, 2018 incident when Genelli is alleged to have switched a price tag on a nailer at Lowe’s in Plymouth Meeting and returned the item.  From the notice:

On Tuesday, November 14, 2018, Genelli entered Lowe’s, 2002 Chemical Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 and switched a price tag on a nailer.  Genelli left the store with the items as he was successful.  Genelli then attempted the same thing with a separate nailer but an alert employee caught him in the act.  Genelli then returned to Lowe’s on Wednesday, November 15, 2018, where he returned the nailer that he successfully got away with.
