The Plymouth Township Police Department has released its latest retail theft update. The update includes details on investigations that progressed from previous weeks and recent investigations that were initiated.

This investigation was included in the last retail theft update and now shows a warrant being issued for 34-year-old Tylessia Kitchen. She was investigated for the February 20th theft of $165 in merchandise from Ulta in Plymouth Meeting.

There is an open investigation into the March 4th theft of merchandise valued at $2,500 to $3,000 from Guitar Center in Plymouth Meeting. The suspect pictured is described as a Black male, 20 to 30 years old, wearing a tan peacoat.

There is an open investigation involving the March 3rd theft of unknown value from Ulta in Plymouth Meeting. The pictured suspect is said to be a Black female, 20 to 30 years old, and wearing a brown fur coat.

There is an open investigation involving a Black or Hispanic male suspect and the theft of $500 to $700 in merchandise from Barnes & Noble in Plymouth Meeting on March 7th. The suspect is described as 20 to 30 years old and wearing a black jacket.

Police have arrested 30-year-old Elugio Martinez on a charge of retail theft involving merchandise valued at $646.00 from Boscov’s in Plymouth Meeting on March 7th. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 25th.

There is an open investigation involving theft from Weis Market in Conshohocken on February 13th and March 9th. The estimated value of the merchandise is $174.93. The suspect is pictured above.
