Plymouth Township’s council voted 4-0 to schedule a hearing on a proposed zoning map amendment that would rezone the Plymouth Ridge office park at 523, 525, 527, and 531 Plymouth Road in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township) to residential zoning that would allow the property to be redeveloped with townshouses. The hearing is scheduled for September 8th at 6:00 p.m.

There was not a fifth vote due to Councilmember Kristin Frederick Leonard’s absence.
