Private school granted zoning relief to open in vacant office building in Plymouth Meeting

The Grayson School, a private pre-K to 12th-grade school, received zoning relief from the Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board on March 20th to open a campus at a vacant office building at 1 Innovation Drive in Plymouth Meeting. The school currently operates on the campus of Archbishop Carroll in Radnor.

The school sought a special exception to allow it to operate within the limited industrial zoning district or variance if the board did not wish to grant a special exception. Unfortunately, the meeting wasn’t recorded due to a problem with the equipment, so we do not have any details beyond that it has been approved.

The school focuses specifically on gifted students and is targeting to open in Plymouth Meeting for the 2024-2025 school year.
