A series of protests against the policies of President Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s DOGE were held on April 5th across the nation. This included Conshohocken, where two to three hundred people lined both sides of the lower half of the 400 block of Fayette Street from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

MoreThanTheCurve.com spent about 20 minutes at the protest during its first 30 minutes and didn’t see anyone participating that we recognized. We asked Conshohocken Borough Council member Anita Barton if the protesters came by bus, and she replied that they had driven in.

We are not claiming that everyone there was from outside Conshohocken, but the vast majority were. That only mattered to us because we had hoped to find some locals to photograph and interview.
