Conshohocken Restaurant Week presented by The Courts at Spring Mill Station returns Monday, September 21st through Sunday, September 27th. The 2026 edition of Conshohocken Restaurant Week will feature 16 restaurants in Conshohocken and West Conshohocken, offering a variety of prix fixe menus (menus will be linked below as they become available).

Sweet Corn Velouté & Seared Shrimp

Two jumbo seared shrimp, charred sweet corn, chive oil, and micro chives, finished with a silky roasted sweet corn velouté.

Beet Tower

Roasted red and golden beets layered over whipped honey goat cheese, finished with toasted pistachios, orange zest, microgreens, and extra virgin olive oil.

Brown Butter Wild Mushroom Mac & Cheese

Creamy cascatelli tossed in a Gruyère, white cheddar, truffle butter, and Parmesan cheese sauce with roasted wild mushrooms, finished with crispy breadcrumbs and shaved Parmesan.

Harvest Chicken Skewers

Herb-marinated grilled chicken skewers with roasted squash, mushrooms, and red onions, served over herbed wild rice pilaf with an apple cider Dijon pan sauce.

Braised Red Wine Short Rib

Slow-braised boneless short rib served over a creamy cauliflower-parsnip purée with roasted carrots, fresh parsley, and a rich red wine reduction.
