As we reported last week, lawsuits were being prepared against the Colonial School District and Plymouth Township over the adoption of “Responsible Contractors” policies/ordinances.

The lawsuits have now been filed and we have them for you to peruse. The plaintiffs in the suit are the Associated Builders and Contractors (Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter), a Glenside contractor and the owner of the Glenside contractor who is a Plymouth Township resident.
