As you may have noticed, West Elm Street was not repaved on Monday as PennDOT had announced.

We inquired with PennDOT and this morning a representative of PennDOT informed MoreThanTheCurve.com that due to concerns about traffic, the repaving was postponed and that the repaving will now be scheduled for nighttime.

There is not yet a scheduled date.
